AN INTERESTING ARTICLE

An article was mentioned on my email list. The article was published in the Cleveland State Law Review. This is interesting since there is a current battle going on to reinstate HB 7 as it was originally written. It was to give the adoptees in the middle tier access to their records. I suggest all of us write to the Ohio legislators and send this article to them. It basically blows the theories of “birthmother privacy” out of the water. I will be sending it to them, Indiana and Texas legislators.
